ORS 479.565: Master individual inspection permits; fee.

Notwithstanding ORS 479.560 (3), if a municipality does not elect to provide master electrical inspection permits, the municipality shall, upon request of the owner or operating manager or electrical contractor of the facility otherwise entitled to master permit services under ORS 479.560 (3), issue a master individual inspection permit and provide electrical inspection before any installation is covered or placed into service and charge for the inspection at the municipality’s hourly inspection rate.
