Chapter 496 — Application, Administration and Enforcement of Wildlife Laws

All agencies of state government, as defined in ORS 174.111, are directed to assist and advise the State Department of Fish and Wildlife in the development of the Wildlife Corridor Action Plan and in the five-year reviews of the plan required under ORS 496.272.
