- Chapter 508 — Licenses and Permits
(1) The fee for each license required by this chapter is as follows:
(a) Resident boat license for a vessel less than 50 feet in length, $392.
(b) Nonresident boat license for a vessel less than 50 feet in length, $448.
(c) Resident boat license for a vessel 50 feet in length or more, $448.
(d) Nonresident boat license for a vessel 50 feet in length or more, $504.
(e) Resident commercial fishing license, $112.
(f) Nonresident commercial fishing license, $168.
(g) Commercial fishing license for resident persons 18 years of age or younger, $30.
(h) Resident commercial bait fishing license, $140.
(i) Nonresident commercial bait fishing license, $196.
(j) Fish buyer license, $308.
(k) Fish bait dealer license, $140.
(L) Food fish canner license, $560.
(m) Shellfish canner license, $560.
(n) Resident single delivery license, $140.
(o) Nonresident single delivery license, $196.
(p) Wholesale fish dealer license, $560.
(2) As used in this section, “resident” means a person who has resided in this state at least 12 consecutive months immediately prior to the date of making application for a license.
