ORS 509.019: Consumption of catch at sea lawful without payment of fee.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an individual lawfully engaged in commercial fishing, while at sea, may consume a portion of the lawful commercial catch, without payment of the fees required under ORS 508.505.
