ORS 517.917: Activation of project coordinating committee.

Upon receipt of an application for an operating permit subject to ORS 517.915 to mine a significant mineral resource site, the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries shall activate a project coordinating committee as defined in ORS 517.952.
