ORS 545.113: State agency to pay assessment and charges or to petition for exclusion.

- Chapter 545 — Irrigation Districts
Every state agency acquiring land within the boundaries of an irrigation district shall:
(1) Pay all assessments and other charges that may be lawfully charged by the irrigation district and that are chargeable to the owner or occupier of the land; or
(2) File with the board of directors of the district a petition requesting that the land be excluded from the district in accordance with ORS 545.097 to 545.126.
