ORS 547.685: Retirement of bonds before maturity; notice of call; date of payment; cessation of interest.

Notice of the call of bonds before maturity shall be given in the manner provided for retirement of irrigation district bonds before maturity. No bond issued under ORS 547.655 to 547.695 shall be called for payment before maturity except upon the day for payment of interest, or interest and principal, on the bond and on or after the day specified in the notice of call. All interest on bonds described in the notice shall cease after the day of the call, provided that on that date there are sufficient funds in the bond fund of the district to pay the call bonds.
