- Chapter 552 — Water Improvement Districts
In addition to other matters the petition for formation of a district shall include:
(1) An estimate of the acreage of land within the district and an estimate of the acreage within each county if the district is located in more than one county; and
(2) The maximum rate of any ad valorem tax, if any, that may be levied by the district as permitted by ORS 552.625.
