Chapter 554 — Corporations for Irrigation, Drainage, Water Supply or Flood Control

A drainage district or a diking district shall not be dissolved and reorganized under ORS 554.320 and 554.375 to 554.390 after December 31, 2004. [1993 c.502 §4; 2001 c.703 §1]
