ORS 561.005: Definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:

      (1) “Board” means the State Board of Agriculture.

      (2) “Department” means the State Department of Agriculture.

      (3) “Director” means the Director of Agriculture. [1959 c.639 §2]
