ORS 570.025: Instruction, education and supervision of inspectors; reports.

The State Department of Agriculture shall instruct and educate the county and deputy county horticultural inspectors as to the laws and quarantine regulations of the state, and the rules and regulations of the department. The inspectors shall perform their duties under the general supervision of the department, to which they shall make reports in the manner prescribed by the department.
