Chapter 571 — Nursery Stock; Licensed Agricultural Crops

(1) The State Department of Agriculture shall issue a shipping permit number to any qualified licensee who requests or requires one. Such number shall be the same as the license number and so designated on the license.

(2) The shipping permit number shall accompany all shipments and deliveries of Christmas tree stock.
