ORS 601.120: Department to administer and enforce disposal provisions; rules and regulations.

The State Department of Agriculture shall administer and enforce ORS 601.010 to 601.130 and may make and enforce all rules and regulations which the department deems necessary to carry out the purposes of such sections. Such rules and regulations shall be published in pamphlet form as provided by ORS 561.190.
