ORS 62.315: Waiver of notice.

Whenever any notice is required to be given to any member or director of a cooperative under the provisions of this chapter or under the provisions of the articles or bylaws of a cooperative, a waiver thereof in writing signed by the person or persons entitled to the notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, is equivalent to the giving of the notice.
