The Oregon Health Authority shall make such rating surveys as are necessary to obtain uniform enforcement of ORS 624.010 to 624.121 throughout the state, and shall prepare and disseminate information pertaining to educational programs for the purpose of encouraging compliance with ORS 624.010 to 624.121 on the part of owners, managers and employees of eating and drinking establishments.
