Chapter 625 — Bakeries and Bakery Products

All fees received by the State Department of Agriculture under ORS 625.010 to 625.270 shall be deposited in the Department of Agriculture Service Fund and are continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of carrying out ORS 625.010 to 625.270. [Amended by 1979 c.499 §25]
