ORS 646A.542: Requirement to document compliance.

Within 90 days after receiving a request from a city, county or special district that provides wastewater service, a covered entity shall submit to the city, county or special district business information and documentation that is not confidential and that demonstrates compliance with ORS 646A.540. The information must be written and organized for ease of comprehension.
