Chapter 656 — Workers’ Compensation

A physical therapist shall not provide compensable services to injured workers governed by this chapter except as allowed by a governing managed care organization contract or as authorized by the worker’s attending physician or nurse practitioner authorized to provide compensable medical services under ORS 656.245.
