ORS 657.093: Employment; certain services provided in exchange for ski passes excluded.

(1) As used in this chapter, “employment” does not include service provided in conjunction with skiing activities or events for a nonprofit employing unit by a person who receives no remuneration other than ski passes for the service provided.

      (2) The provisions of subsection (1) of this section apply only to the extent permitted by 26 U.S.C. 3306(c)(10)(A).
