ORS 657.328: Eligibility period adopted by rule.

For purposes of ORS 657.321 to 657.329, the Employment Department may adopt rules providing for an eligibility period that begins in an extended benefit period after an individual’s benefit year has ended if federal law provides for funding that is greater than 50 percent of extended benefits.
