ORS 657.360: When employer charged for benefits.

Except for benefits paid pursuant to ORS 657.357, no employer’s account shall be charged for benefits paid to an unemployed individual during the period such individual is enrolled in and attending such program of instruction. [1969 c.156 §4; 1971 c.82 §6; 1989 c.818 §4]
