ORS 657B.355: Bureau of Labor and Industries to have oversight for provisions relating to job retention, retaliation and discrimination; rules.

Notwithstanding any other provision under this chapter, the Bureau of Labor and Industries is responsible for administrative and regulatory oversight regarding the requirements under ORS 657B.060, and the provisions of ORS 657B.070 relating to retaliation and discrimination, and shall adopt any rules necessary and proper for the administration of those sections.
