ORS 671.630: State Landscape Contractors Board; members.

The State Landscape Contractors Board shall operate as a semi-independent state agency subject to ORS 182.456 to 182.472 for purposes of carrying out the provisions of ORS 671.510 to 671.760, 671.990 (2) and 671.997. The board shall consist of seven members appointed by the Governor. The Governor shall make appointments to the board from all segments of the landscape contracting industry. At least two board members must be public members.
