Chapter 675 — Psychologists; Occupational Therapists; Certified Sexual Offense Therapists; Regulated Social Workers; Licensed Professional Counselors and Marriage and Family Therapists

As used in ORS 675.160 to 675.178:

(1) “Authorization” means a certificate, license, permit or registration issued by a regulated board that allows a person to practice a regulated profession.

(2) “Regulated board” means a board that is listed in ORS 675.166.

(3) “Regulated profession” means a profession regulated by a regulated board.
