Chapter 678 — Nurses; Long Term Care Administrators

A person to whom a license is issued under ORS 678.010 to 678.448, whenever requested to do so in relation to employment as a registered or practical nurse or nurse intern or in relation to enforcement of ORS 678.010 to 678.448, shall provide evidence of current licensure.
