ORS 678.415: Additional fee for examination, license by endorsement, license renewal fees.

(1) The Oregon State Board of Nursing shall impose an additional $9 fee for each examination fee, each license by endorsement fee and each license renewal fee charged under ORS 678.410 for a registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse for the purposes specified in subsection (2) of this section.

      (2) The additional fees imposed on examination fees, license by endorsement fees and license renewals by subsection (1) of this section shall be credited to the Oregon Nursing Advancement Fund established by ORS 678.417. [2015 c.660 §1; 2016 c.113 §1; 2025 c.124 §21]
