ORS 678.427: Oregon State Board of Nursing support for nonprofit wellness organization.

The Oregon State Board of Nursing shall support an Oregon nonprofit organization, exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, that promotes the well-being of Oregon health professionals through education, coordinated regional counseling, telemedicine services and research, in order to allow nurses authorized to practice in Oregon to receive the benefit of the services offered by the nonprofit organization.
