ORS 678.793: Licensure type of board member in disciplinary action.

The Long Term Care Administrators Board may not carry out a disciplinary action against an individual who holds a license under ORS 678.710 to 678.820 unless at least one board member who represents the type of license held by the individual attends all board meetings related to the disciplinary action.
