ORS 679.090: Issuance of license.

The Oregon Board of Dentistry shall, upon the applicant’s satisfactory completion of the educational requirements and written, laboratory and clinical examinations authorized under this chapter and upon receipt of the requisite fees, issue or renew the appropriate dental license.
