ORS 679.255: Board to adopt standards for sedation during dental procedures; rules.

The Oregon Medical Board and the Oregon State Board of Nursing, in consultation with the Oregon Board of Dentistry, shall adopt rules establishing standards governing their respective licensees for general anesthesia and conscious sedation administered in conjunction with the professional services of a dentist or dental hygienist.
