ORS 684.107: Exemption from licensure requirement for person licensed in another state.

A person licensed to practice chiropractic under the laws of another state is exempt from the licensure requirement in ORS 684.020 if that person:

      (1) Is practicing in Oregon on a single, temporary assignment for a specific sporting, performing arts or educational event not to exceed 15 days; and

      (2) Is actively engaged in the practice of chiropractic in the state in which the person is licensed.
