Chapter 688 — Therapeutic and Technical Services: Physical Therapists; Medical Imaging Practitioners and Limited X-Ray Machine Operators; Hemodialysis Technicians; Athletic Trainers; Respiratory Therapists and Polysomnographic Technologists

A person may not practice respiratory care or claim to be a respiratory care practitioner unless the person is licensed under ORS 688.815.
