- Chapter 688 — Therapeutic and Technical Services: Physical Therapists; Medical Imaging Practitioners and Limited X-Ray Machine Operators; Hemodialysis Technicians; Athletic Trainers; Respiratory Therapists and Polysomnographic Technologists
The Respiratory Therapist and Polysomnographic Technologist Licensing Board and its members and the Health Licensing Office and its employees and contractors are immune from any civil liability arising from good faith actions taken pursuant to ORS 688.800 to 688.840.
