Chapter 692 — Funeral Service Practitioners; Embalmers; Death Care Consultants; Funeral Establishments; Cemetery Operators; Crematory Operators and Alternative

The State Mortuary and Cemetery Board shall meet at least semiannually, and at such other times as it may determine, and shall elect from its members, each for a term of one year, a president and secretary. The secretary shall also act and serve as treasurer of the board.
