ORS 694.991: Penalties; concurrent jurisdiction of offenses.

(1) Violation of any provision of ORS 694.025 and 694.032 is a Class B misdemeanor.

      (2) Justice courts have concurrent jurisdiction with the circuit courts of violations listed in subsection (1) of this section.
