ORS 696.627: On-site inspection allowed; deposit.

(1) The Real Estate Commissioner may make an on-site inspection of any real estate marketing organization.

      (2) When an on-site inspection under subsection (1) of this section is to be made, the commissioner may require the organization to advance a deposit not to exceed $200 per day, in addition to any other fee, for making the on-site inspection. Any unexpended portion of the deposit shall be refunded to the organization.
