The remedy provided for in ORS 697.718:
(1) Is in addition to and not exclusive of other remedies provided by law.
(2) Does not limit a person’s statutory or common-law right to bring an action in any court for an act of a debt management service provider, or the right of the state to punish a person for violating a law.
