ORS 701.091: Responsible managing individual.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) A business licensed under this chapter must at all times have at least one responsible managing individual.

(2) Subsection (1) of this section does not apply to a business licensed with endorsement solely as a residential or commercial developer.
