ORS 701.345: Subcontractor list.

(1) A contractor shall maintain a list that includes the names, addresses and license numbers for all subcontractors or other contractors performing work on a project for that contractor.

      (2) The contractor must deliver the list referred to in subsection (1) of this section to the Construction Contractors Board within 72 hours after a board request made during reasonable working hours.
