Chapter 701 — Construction Contractors and Contracts

The Construction Contractors Board shall provide an annual notice to each contractor licensed under this chapter that informs contractors of the rules developed by the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services pursuant to ORS 455.355 prohibiting the installation of thermostats that contain mercury and requiring proper disposal of thermostats that contain mercury.
