ORS 731.066: “Authorized,” “unauthorized” insurer.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) An “authorized” insurer is one authorized by a subsisting certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state.

(2) An “unauthorized” insurer is one not so authorized.
