Chapter 735 — Alternative Insurance

If the tax collectible by a surplus lines licensee under ORS 735.400 to 735.495 is not paid within the time prescribed, the same shall be recoverable in a suit brought by the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services against the surplus lines licensee.
