ORS 737.230: Data must include certain information.

The data collected and maintained by each insurer, rating organization or advisory organization pursuant to ORS 737.225 shall be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the statistical significance of differences or correlations relevant to the rating plan definitions and rate differentials.
