ORS 742.252: Mutual fire insurers; withdrawal of members.

Any member of a mutual fire insurer may withdraw at any time by surrendering the member’s policy to the insurer, giving written notice to the secretary of intention to withdraw and paying the member’s share of all losses which have accrued and all assessments then due, accrued or pending.
