ORS 742.521: Conditions applicable to arbitration proceedings.

(1) Arbitration proceedings under ORS 742.520 shall be conducted under local court rules in the county where the arbitration is held.

      (2) Findings and awards made in an arbitration proceeding under this section:

      (a) Are binding on the parties to the arbitration proceeding;

      (b) Are not binding on any other party; and

      (c) May not be used for the purpose of collateral estoppel.
