Chapter 743 — Health and Life Insurance and Annuities

As used in ORS 743.100 to 743.109, “policy” has the meaning given in ORS 731.122 and, in addition, includes a certificate issued pursuant to a group insurance policy delivered or issued for delivery in this state.
