ORS 743.408: Mandatory provisions.

Except as provided in ORS 742.021, a health insurance policy shall contain the provisions set forth in ORS 743.411 to 743.444. The provisions shall be preceded individually by the caption appearing in the sections or, at the option of the insurer, by the appropriate individual or group captions or subcaptions as the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may approve.
