ORS 746.668: Relationship of ORS 746.620, 746.630 and 746.665 to federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Nothing in ORS 746.620, 746.630 or 746.665 may be construed to modify, limit or supersede the operation of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.) and no inference may be drawn on the basis of ORS 746.620, 746.630 or 746.665 regarding whether personal information is transaction information or experience information under section 603 of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.).
