ORS 748.605: Insurance against risk of loss under less than fully insured employee health benefit plan.

Insurance issued or delivered by a fraternal benefit society against the risk of economic loss assumed under a less than fully insured employee health benefit plan is subject to ORS 742.065. Such insurance is subject to ORS 748.603 but is otherwise not subject to the provisions of ORS chapter 748. [1993 c.649 §4]
