Chapter 750 — Health Care Service Contractors; Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangements; Legal Expense Organizations

(1) ORS 750.505 to 750.715 do not affect the regulation of the practice of law.

(2) Except as provided in ORS 750.505 to 750.715, legal expense plans are not subject to the Insurance Code.
